Returns

We accept returns or replacements for manufacturing defects or printing errors. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photo of the product. We’ll handle a replacement or refund for you.

Please note that returns for changes of mind or incorrect sizes ordered are not accepted, as each item is custom-printed just for you.

Remove the pillowcase if it is removable. Pre-treat stains with a soft cloth or a bristle brush soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C, normal cycle. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Iron, use steam or dry on low heat only. Do not dry clean. Reshape once reassembled.
